About Us  KBM Floors was started in 1996 by Michael Martin as a small entrepreneurial venture out of his home because of his passion for hardwood floors. Over the past 12 years, the company has developed into a growing enterprise with more refined skill and experience, in order to educate consumers about the many different products available.
KBM Floors offers ten different manufacturers with more than 150 styles, sizes, colors, to choose from to uniquely design custom order to fulfill any need. We offer a wide variety of services from refinishing previously existing floors, to installing and finishing custom floors, and specializing in creating custom pieces designed specially for your home or business. Complete from the removal of the risers, treads, spindles, and banister of an existing staircase to the on-site creation and custom installation of these pieces designed to perfectly fit the space. Custom made saddles and reducers are also created on location to fit and transition your floor from room to room. Sub-floors that have been altered or damaged can be adjusted and straightened by delving deep into the home to the floor joists existing underneath the sub-floor, if necessary, before installing the new hardwood floor.
